MODCBR - CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS Ó UNCTAD - SITE (V1.15) 3.9 When activated, the ‘Local Menu’ choices are displayed in the top status line, replacing the usual display.  (Top  status  line  is  restored  and  'Local  Menu'  display  is  cancelled  by  a  mouse  click anywhere else on the screen.) Local Menu within Declaration In declaration processing if the user is within any section of the SAD except the valuation note, the local menu will display the following options on the top status bar of the window: Action  Quadrants  Items  Status   Working Mode   View The function of each of the choices available from this menu is as follows: Action Local check Choose this option to check declaration data entered against the reference files in your Client PC. The system will display a window informing you that your data is correct or a window containing a list of errors found in your declaration. Check This option performs the same function as local check, but against the reference files in the Server. It is necessary to login to the Server to use the ‘Check’ function. Show error list When  selected,  this  option  will  display  a  window  containing  a  list  of  any  errors  found  in  your declaration when it was locally or server checked. Local store The user will be able to store a declaration on his Client PC by giving it a file name. Store The user will be able to store a declaration on the Server.  It is necessary to login to the Server to use the ‘Store’ function.
