MODCBR - CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS Ó UNCTAD - SITE (V1.15) 3.19 Cancellation Into Warehouse Declarations You  can  only  cancel  a  declaration  into  warehouse  if  there  is  enough  stock  remaining  from  other declarations  into  warehouse  of  this  Commodity  Code  etc  for  the  system  to  account  for  the quantities or weights written-off by the out of warehouse declarations already processed. Out of Warehouse Declarations It is possible to cancel a declaration of this type because the stock in the warehouse can always be increased. Into Temporary Admission or Temporary Export Declarations It  is  only  possible  to  delete  a  declaration  of  this  type  if  none  of  the  items  or  products  on  that declaration has been written-off. Out of Temporary Admission or Temporary Export Declarations It is possible to cancel these types of declaration as this has the effect of adding back quantities or weights. Printouts/Queries Declaration This option allows the user to retrieve and print or view a declaration that has already been input. To retrieve declarations the user must be logged on to the Server and then identify the required declaration by its unique number. The Declarant code and Declarant Reference number can identify all declarations. The office code and year of storage of the declaration appear as default. Additionally, according to the declaration status,  the  Registration  and  Assessment  numbers  can  be  used  to  identify  the  declaration.  The options are: Deleted Registered Declarant  reference  number  or  registration  number,  which  is  the  Series  letter  and  the  number allocated to the declaration at registration. Deleted Assessed Declarant  reference  number  or  registration  number,  which  is  the  Series  letter  and  the  number allocated to the declaration at registration, or assessment number, which is the Series letter and the number allocated to the declaration at assessment. Stored The declarant code and the declarant reference number of the declaration. Registered Declarant  reference  number  or  registration  number,  which  is  the  Series  letter  and  the  number allocated to the declaration at registration. Pre-lodged Not implemented. The legislation and procedures of the National Customs Administration would determine the extent of user access to this option (and of audit controls).
