This is ASP application requires the new Microsoft XML Parser Version 3.0 which is available from http://msdn.microsoft.com/xml/general/xmlparser.asp

To install this sample application copy it to your web server and create a new virtual directory for it.  For example you could copy it to c:\inetpub\wwwroot\xdiscuss and create a virtual directory called "xdiscuss".   Then you could launch up the example forum with the following URL

	http://localhost/xdiscuss/discuss.asp

This will automatically pick the forum located in the userdata folder of the xdiscuss directory.
